Tabletop Gaming Submission

Thank you for your interest in running a game at the Huntsville Comic & Pop Culture Expo. Our tabletop gaming wouldn’t exist without game referees volunteering their energy and time! The deadline for game submissions is March 9, 2024. If you use electronic devices during play, be aware that most tables do not have access to electrical outlets.

You can register a game for the convention using the form below. The more you limit your availability to specific days or times, the more likely your submission may be rejected. If you experience any problems, have questions, or do not receive a receipt confirmation email within 48 hours after submittal, please contact Schedule information and other instructions will be sent 2-3 weeks before the convention. The tabletop gaming hours are:

  • 3:00 pm – 12:00 am on Friday

  • 10:00 am – 12:00 am on Saturday

  • 11:00 am – 5:00 pm on Sunday

In addition to the fun of playing games and meeting new people, volunteer game referees earn the following benefits:

  • volunteering 4-7 hours earns a day pass for the day of your event(s),

  • volunteering 8-11 hours earns two day passes, or

  • volunteering 12 or more hours earns a full weekend pass!

There are usually other perks, based on volunteer hours, included in our volunteer GM packets, but they change yearly so the exact contents aren't known until the convention starts. A convention pass is required to access the convention for your game(s). If you do not earn a pass with your benefits, you are required to purchase one.

Thank you for your interest but the deadline for 2024 game submissions has passed. Game submissions for 2025 are not yet open.
