What are the Expo hours?

Where do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available on this website by clicking the Tickets tab above and they will also be sold at the door during the Expo. Weekend and Single Day tickets are all still available.
Do kids need tickets?
Children 12 years and under are always free at the Expo! Anyone 13 and over needs a ticket.

What is included with a Single Day or Weekend Ticket to the Expo?
When you purchase a single day or weekend pass to the Expo that allows you access to the huge vendor room, all celebrity and fan panels, the opportunity to meet special guests at their tables, access to the gaming room, etc. The special guests will be sitting at their individual tables to meet fans. When you meet them, you can choose to also purchase a photo and autograph and if you do, you pay them directly. They set their own pricing.
How can I pick up my weekend or VIP badge?
Early pick up will be Thursday, April 16th from 6-8pm and Friday, April 17th starting at 1pm. You'll pick up at the VBC South Hall entrance. Single Day passes can only be picked up on the day-of.
How do I meet the special guests?
When not in their scheduled panel, at a professional photo op, or taking a break, guests are scheduled to be at their tables all day to meet fans, sign autographs and take table selfies! Visit the Special Guests page to see which days each guest will be attending and what they charge for autographs and table pictures/selfies.
Where/how do I get autographs?
Each special guest will have their own table in the Special Guest Area of the Expo. Visit them at their table to purchase autographs, purchase selfies and just to say hello! Guests set their own pricing and you will pay them directly. Special Guest Pricing
What is the difference between a Photo Op and a Table Selfie?
Photo Ops are professional photos in front of a backdrop with a special guest (or group of) and up to 4 fans. You will receive an 8x10 print and a digital copy of your photo. You can purchase these online or in person at the photo op area.
Table selfies are taken with your own phone or camera at the guest's table. You can take it yourself or have a friend take your photo and then you pay the guests directly. Photo Op Schedule & Special Guests Pricing
What else do I need to know about the professional Photo Ops?
Many special guests have photo ops during multiple days/times. You may use your photo op purchase on any of the days that you will be attending the Expo when that photo op is taking place. Arrive to the Photo Op area 10-15 minutes prior to your photo op time. If you miss your photo op time, there are no re-do's or refunds. ***We highly suggest arriving to the VBC long before your photo op time, to give yourself plenty of time to park, enter, and find where to go. Are there ramps at the entrances and will every area of the Expo be accessible to all?
Yes! The Von Braun Center (including all of its different venue spaces) is ADA compliant. Accessible entrances, parking, restrooms, etc are available. For more info: VBC ADA Compliance
Bag policy?
Bags, purses, backpacks, totes, etc are permitted and do not have to be clear.
May I bring a stroller or wagon?
Small strollers are allowed, but be aware that it may get crowded in certain area. Avoid bringing wagons and large strollers.
Can I get food at the Expo?
Yes! The VBC has multiple concession stands on site. They do not accept cash, only card. You may also come and go from the facility with your weekend/VIP badge or single day wristband.
Do special guests and vendors accept credit cards or cash only?
Most vendors and special guests will accept both cards and cash, but some may be cash only, so it's good to have both. The Expo will provide ATMs throughout the building during the event.
Can I use cash to buy my tickets?
Yes.
Will authenticators be on site?
Yes, JSA will be here authenticating the autographs on-site from the show or outside items brought from home.
Agents of Slab (CGC) will also be here.
Will there be another blood drive this year?
Yes, LifeSouth will be on site all three days. Friday 3pm-8pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 11am-5pm. Donors will receive a t-shirt, while supplies last.
Can I bring my dog?
The VBC has a no animals policy with the exception of service animals compliant with ADA. They will need to be clearly marked. When deciding, keep in mind that the Expo will be a loud, bustling, crowded atmosphere and everyone will want to pet your dog.
I can't make it to the Expo but I'd like an autograph. Is that possible?
Yes! Zobie Productions will be on site to help with getting you those autographs! Order here!
Is there a cost for attending panels?
Any ticket to the Expo gives you access to the three panel rooms. Seating is first come first serve with VIPs getting priority seating.
What is a panel like?
The Special Guest panels are a question and answer format. The guest sits on a stage with a microphone and an interviewer and you'll sit in the audience. (Seating is first come first serve with VIPs getting priority seating). They usually talk about their work, the roles that they're known for, and then take questions from the audience. These last 30-60 minutes. Read 2026 panel descriptions here.
Will single day and weekend tickets still be available at the door?
Yes. Friday and Sunday tickets will be $40 and Saturday tickets will be $45. Weekend Tickets will be $75.
Can I leave and come back?
With your day pass wristband or your weekend/VIP badge you are welcome to come and go from the facility.
