The Expo allows organizations such as non-profit businesses, youth groups, fan clubs, and other conventions and events to set up in our fan area free of charge. Organizations that want to set up a fan table will need to provide their own tables and chairs and such. The Expo is not responsible for damage done to property. Power outlets are limited in the fan area so if you need power be sure to get there early to claim your spot or either bring a battery power source as needed.
